1. Terms of Service
By accessing or using GBR Quant Lab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our proprietary TradingView indicators for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software or algorithms. GBR Quant Lab reserves the right to terminate access at any time without a refund for violation of these terms (e.g., account sharing, code scraping, malicious behavior).
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critical to us. We only collect the necessary information required to provide you with the Service (e.g., your TradingView username, email address, and payment details processed securely via Stripe or Whop). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. Once you have been granted access to the GBR Quant Lab TradingView scripts or the private community, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a refund. If you have billing issues or wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle.

Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. GBR Quant Lab provides educational tools and algorithmic analysis, not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any capital loss incurred.
