Refunds and withdrawal

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. Email gabor@thegbr.eu from the address you used at checkout. We start the refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the original payment method. Because of bank processing times, the amount may take a few more business days to appear in your account.

Refunding your purchase ends your access.

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right ends if you have expressly requested that performance begin immediately and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You make this declaration during the purchase, and your confirmation email also contains it.

The guarantee under section 1 applies regardless.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Email gabor@thegbr.eu from the address you used at checkout. Cancelling does not end your access before the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not come with a pro-rata refund.
